Adult Daycare Center Director

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Director to lead our Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) Center in the Bronx. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about providing exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for older adults and individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Adult Day Health Care Center.

• Ensure compliance with all state and regulatory requirements.

• Supervise and support interdisciplinary staff.

• Develop and implement programs that promote participants' health, safety, and well-being.

• Foster positive relationships with participants, families, healthcare providers, and community partners.

• Maintain high standards of quality care and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Social Work degree preferred (BSW or MSW), or equivalent experience in an Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) setting.

• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred 

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of New York State ADHC regulations is a plus.

• Passion for serving seniors and individuals with chronic health needs.
