Pay rate: $19-$22 per hour
Job Summary:
Right at Home Chico is seeking an experienced and passionate Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, coordinating care plans for our clients, and providing exceptional customer service. If you're a motivated and organized individual with a heart for service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Office Manager play the integral role in helping Right at Home improve the lives of as many people as possible in our community.
Assures the office is profitable, compliant and valuable to the local community.
Plans and implements the annual budget, completes team recruitment and retention plans, oversees client and employee satisfaction, and guides the sales and marketing plan.
The ideal Office Manager has a successful leadership and sales track record and has prior experience working in the home care or healthcare industries.
Ensure plan adherence by monitoring daily services, reviewing progress toward goals, and retraining staff when updates are needed.
Recruit and train caregivers, assisting HR in hiring, onboarding, and educating field staff on best practices and agency protocols.
Problem-solve fast by resolving urgent issues with calm, confidence, and compassion, and being available on-call rotation shared with the team.
Requirements:
Certification/license: Business administration certificate or equivalent (preferred but not required)
1-2 years' experience as an Office Manager, Care Coordinator, Client Care Manager, or similar role in a homecare or healthcare setting
Strong assessment, care-planning, and documentation skills
Familiarity with HIPAA and state regulations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR/CRM scheduling software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation for client visits and a valid driver's license
