Resident Coordinator / Wellness Aide (Part-Time) – 3p-11p

 

Solon Pointe at Emerald Ridge in Solon is seeking a compassionate Resident Coordinator / Wellness Aide to join our Assisted Living team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care needs to support comfort, safety, and well-being

• Ensure residents maintain proper hygiene and personal care

• Verify and assist with correct medication administration as directed

• Obtain and record vital signs accurately

• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests

• Provide compassionate support while promoting residents’ independence

   

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Compassionate and dependable with strong communication skills

• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
