Design Sales Consultant — Window Treatments 

We're a high-end window treatment company looking for a confident, client-focused Design & Sales Consultant who thrives on turning a homeowner's vision into something beautiful and closing the deal. You're in clients' homes, building trust, designing custom solutions, and seeing your work installed. 

Orland Park, IL | Full-Time | On-Site

Schedule
M–F, 9 AM–5 PM - occasional Saturdays 

What You'll Earn

• $75,000-95,000 your first year | $100K+ by year two
• Base + uncapped commission or 100% commission - you decide.

What You'll Do

• Run in-home design consultations, take precise measurements, and present tailored window treatment solutions
• Follow up on quotes and close sales
• Manage project paperwork and keep your CRM up to date
• Build your presence through social media engagement
• Check in on installs to ensure every client is thrilled
• Nurture referrals and spot new opportunities

What You Bring

• A passion for design and a track record of sales success
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Confidence representing a brand online and in person
• Comfort with CRM and digital workflow tools
• Ability to stand, walk, or drive for long periods of the day
• Ability lift 30+ lb sample books
• A self-starter mindset in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
• Bonus points for experience selling window treatments or similar products
• Candidates must live within a 45-60 minute commute of the showrooom at peak times
