Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time or Part-Time Hourly

Pay Rate: $70–$80/hour
Schedule: Flexible, Part-Time (5–20 billable hours/week depending on your needs)
Location: Hybrid – Remote & In-Person
Experience: Minimum 1 year required

    What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage your own small caseload of amazing kids and families

  • Supervise RBTs in schools and homes (mix of in-person and telehealth)

  • Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans

  • Provide compassionate, evidence-based care

  • Collaborate with educators and families to create meaningful progress

  • Uphold the highest ethical and compliance standards

You’re a Perfect Fit If You:

Are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Have at least 1 year of ABA experience
Love collaborating with others and working toward meaningful outcomes
Communicate clearly and confidently with teams and families
Want to make a difference while keeping your schedule flexible
