- Answer incoming calls with enthusiasm and direct them appropriately.
- Welcome clients and ensure they are promptly attended to by the appropriate staff.
- Accurately enter patient information into our systems.
- Support the volunteer coordinator in managing volunteers effectively.
- Adhere to appointment and scheduling procedures as outlined by management.
- Manage client payments following established cash handling procedures.
- Efficiently perform opening and closing duties.
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and organized clinic lobby.
- Process lab results following the directions of the Practice Manager.
- Engage actively in the Performance Improvement Program to enhance service quality.
- Show respect and consideration to all patients, families, visitors, and staff.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Operate equipment and perform procedures safely and correctly.
- Report any safety concerns immediately and participate in safety training.
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Pleasant, professional, and articulate phone voice.
- Ability to multi-task and handle many incoming calls or patients at once.
- Efficient and accurate data-entry skills.
- Computer literacy and multi-line phone or switchboard experience.
- Basic math, alphabetical or numerical filing knowledge may be required.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
