**Exciting Opportunity for a Passionate Physical Therapist in Adult Outpatient Care!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team dedicated to improving patients' functional abilities in an adult outpatient setting. - MUST HAVE an active Alaska license at the time of submission. - MUST HAVE flu vaccinations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments for patients of all ages with diverse diagnoses. - Develop and implement customized therapy treatment plans with defined goals. - Oversee and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants and other designated staff members. - Collaborate with healthcare colleagues to optimize patient outcomes and ensure a smooth care transition. - Maintain accurate documentation of patients' encounters, treatment plans, and recommendations in compliance with policies. - Create and deliver clear home exercise programs tailored to each patient and their family's needs. - Stay current with regulations and billing procedures related to Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payers. - Assist in administrative tasks and support clinic operations to enhance patient care quality. - Engage in educational activities, providing in-services and consultations to colleagues and patients alike. - Remain committed to the highest professional standards set by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). **Education, Certifications, and Licenses Required:** - Entry-level qualifying master’s or doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, OR - Graduate from an APTA-approved program of Physical Therapy at the master’s or bachelor’s level with two years of proven work and Continuing Education experience. - Licensed as a Physical Therapist. - Current Basic Life Support certification. - Valid Driver’s license. **Experience Required:** - Minimum of 1 year experience in adult outpatient rehabilitation. **Shift Information:** - 40 hours per week with a 30-minute to 1-hour unpaid lunch. - Clinic hours are M-F 7 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 1 PM. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
