Physical Therapist (PT)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Monday–Friday | Full-Time (36 hour minimum per week)
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions across assigned caseload at multiple care settings
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Montana or ability to obtain prior to start
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work a Monday–Friday day shift schedule
- Ability to fulfill a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting
- Experience managing a split caseload across multiple units or locations
- Immediate start available for qualified candidates
