- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Must be licensed in the state of South Dakota as a Physical Therapist. BLS certification required. Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
- Float: Float rotation may be required to cover outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing units.
- Additional Information: The role involves working in a largely outpatient hospital-based setting with some inpatient/sub-acute coverage. The provider must badge in and out at the facility and follow standard orientation for safety measures, HIPAA, and department-specific equipment and modalities. Documentation is performed via electronic charting using EPIC, and equipment utilized includes computerized charting systems and modality equipment. The position requires adherence to clinical practice guidelines, regulatory requirements, and professional organization standards.
