Java Full Stack Technical Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Technical Specialist with strong experience in developing scalable web applications using React JS on the front end and Java/Spring Boot on the back end. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Apache Kafka, and modern DevOps practices.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
• Expertise in React JS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL — mandatory
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
• Strong experience with Apache Kafka and distributed messaging
• Experience with Git/GitHub or similar version-control tools
• Experience with Maven/Gradle
• Knowledge of Cucumber and BDD
• Experience with integration and load testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and React JS
• Develop scalable backend services using Spring Boot and REST APIs
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL and MongoDB database solutions
• Integrate Apache Kafka for real-time messaging and event-driven architecture
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following development best practices
• Perform unit testing and participate in integration/load testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
• Support CI/CD, containerization, and deployment activities

Important Requirement
F-F interview is MUST. Candidate must be able to attend the face-to-face interview and work onsite in Pleasanton, CA or Dallas, TX.
