Job Description

Peoplelink Staffing has partnered with the largest equipment rental company in the world, providing a wide range of construction and industrial equipment, tools and services. They support construction, manufacturing utilities and events – helping them get the projects done safely, efficiently and on time.

Equipment Operator Job Summary:

$20/ hr
8am-5pm M-F or 7:30am-3:30pm M-F
Overtime as needed

Equipment Operator Responsibilities:

Cleaning, Painting, Caulking, Minor Electrical (changing light fixtures, plugs, switches), minor repairs including but not limited to changing door knobs, tumblers, deadbolts, screens, decals, etc.
Check equipment for damage, hours used, mileage and fuel level upon return
Inspect equipment for safety decals, safety compliance and ensure that equipment is in good working order
Clean all equipment and maintain clean work area
Load and unload rental equipment, prepare rental equipment
Checkout and demonstrate equipment for customers

Equipment Operator Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Effective communication
Ability to work indoors and outdoors
Lift up to 50lbs throughout shift
Use hand and power tools
Ability to bend, kneel twist, climb ladders, and repeatedly handle and grasp tools
