Record Center Specialist – 3rd Shift
Location: Freehold, NJ 07728

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (5 days/week, 9-hour shift including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks)
Pay Rate: $20.90/hour

Midway Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Record Center Specialists to support operations in a secure records-management warehouse. This is a physically demanding overnight position requiring frequent lifting, carrying, and organizing of storage boxes, files, and materials weighing 24 lbs to over 100 lbs.

• Process incoming and outgoing orders using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
• Retrieve, move, organize, and return storage boxes and records
• Lift, carry, push, and pull boxes weighing 10–100+ lbs
• Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, and other material handling equipment
• Load and unload pallets and trucks
• Climb ladders to retrieve or store inventory
• Maintain safety, accuracy, and confidentiality standards

• Warehouse experience required
• Ability to regularly lift and carry 10–100+ lbs without assistance
• Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, squatting, bending, stooping, twisting, and climbing throughout the shift
• Comfortable working on concrete and uneven surfaces
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Basic computer skills and experience using handheld scanners
• Steel-toe footwear required.
