Sales Representative – Hourly Pay + Commission

We are a well-established, family-owned and operated business that has proudly served our community for over 15 years. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated, personable, and dependable Sales Representative to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, is comfortable discussing home improvement products, and wants the ability to increase their income through sales commissions while still receiving a dependable hourly wage.

Compensation

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product and service options
• Respond to incoming sales inquiries and leads
• Speak with customers by phone, email, and in person
• Educate customers on available products, features, and options
• Prepare and follow up on estimates and proposals
• Maintain communication with prospective customers throughout the sales process
• Follow up on leads and previous estimates
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information
• Help turn qualified inquiries into completed sales

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and prospective customers
• Organized and dependable
• Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple leads
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred
• Home improvement or construction-related sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn our products and become knowledgeable enough to confidently guide customers
