Order Entry Clerk

We are seeking an accurate, organized, and detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join our team in Commerce, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a heavy volume of data entry, processing customer orders, and ensuring all information is accurately maintained in our system.

Job Title: Order Entry Clerk (Urgent Hiring)

Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday through Friday (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Input a high volume of customer orders and data into the system with speed and precision.
• Review orders for completeness, correct pricing, and accuracy.
• Maintain organized digital records of transactions and order status.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous heavy volume data entry experience is strictly required (experience with customer orders is highly preferred).
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Reliability: Ability to maintain a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.
• Experience working in office setting.
