Store Manager

The Store Manager oversees all store operations, managing a large team to ensure excellent customer service and optimal sales performance. Reporting directly to the Store Owner, this role requires strong leadership to supervise a team of 16 or more employees, control inventory, and maintain visual merchandising standards. The Store Manager is also responsible for staff training, shift scheduling, and compliance adherence, with occasional travel for meetings.
