Chief Electrical Estimator

Full Service Electrical Contracting Company seeking a Chief Estimator to join their team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Commutable daily to Staten Island
• 10+ years of electrical estimating experience, preferably with a major electrical contractor.
• Extensive commercial interior fit-out estimating experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of NYC electrical construction, labor, material pricing, and subcontractor markets.
• Proven ability to estimate and manage large, complex projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Accubid, Bluebeam, Procore, Excel, or similar estimating/construction software.
• NYC general contractor and construction-manager relationships are a strong plus.
