Material Handler - Contract to Hire

The Material Handler position is located in Shrewsbury MA. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a company known for its commitment to innovation and efficiency in the manufacturing sector.

Shift of the Material Handler:
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate/Salary of the Material Handler :
$19 - $21 (Depending on warehouse experience level)

Responsibilities of the Material Handler:

• Perform physical and administrative tasks involved in the handling and storage of inventory.
• Execute distribution of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Participate in material movement with various equipment, including PLTs.
• Assist in updating and improving material data stored in Epicor and Omnify.
• Ensure clean and safe conditions throughout the area of responsibility.

Qualifications of the Material Handler:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a role responsible for issuing and handling material.
• Good math skills and intermediate computer knowledge.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience with Epicor or other WMS/ERP preferred.
