We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist for our client in Richardson to manage billing, payment processing, and vendor communications. What You’ll Do

• Manage Collections: Build strong relationships with dealer partners via phone and email to ensure timely account payments within terms.
• Process Payments: Handle daily cash collections, deposits, and weekly customer trial balances.
• Solve Disputes: Research and resolve payment discrepancies, short payments, chargebacks, and unauthorized deductions.
• Collaborate Internally: Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline dispute resolutions and suggest process improvements to prevent future issues.
• Optimize Workflows: Help refine policies for billing, cash applications, and account reconciliation.

What You Need to Succeed

• Experience: 4+ years of accounting or AR-related experience (or an Associate Degree in Accounting/Finance + equivalent experience).
• Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Excel, data software, ERP tools, and MS Office Suite.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong auditing skills with a track record of catching and correcting payment discrepancies.
• Problem Solver: Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Great Communicator: Outstanding phone, written, and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
