Dining Room Manager | Fine Dining

An acclaimed hospitality group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a high-volume, upscale Spanish tapas concept in Atlanta. This role requires a leader who balances active floor presence with operational discipline, fostering a positive staff culture while driving financial performance.

What We Are Looking For:

• 3+ Years Fine Dining / Luxury Experience (Fast-casual/casual background will not be considered)
• Strong floor presence with the ability to lead, mentor, and train a service team on strict standards.
• Solid working knowledge of food and beverage service, with specific interest or expertise in wine, craft spirits, and charcuterie/tapas.
• Proficient in POS, reservation platforms, Avero, R365, and Google Suite.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and crisis-management skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
