Lab Technician

Seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for testing dyes, chemicals, and raw materials while helping ensure products meet quality and customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory testing and quality control checks on dyes, chemicals, and raw materials.
• Prepare, measure, and test samples according to established formulas and procedures.
• Record test results accurately and maintain laboratory documentation.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Identify and report quality issues or inconsistencies.
• Assist with adjusting and developing dye formulas as needed.
• Work closely with production to troubleshoot product and quality concerns.
• Follow all company safety procedures and proper chemical handling practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous laboratory or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work with chemicals safely.
• Good organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
