NOW HIRING – PART-TIME ACCOUNTING & PAYROLL SPECIALIST

Location: Wilsonville, OR
Pay: $26/hour
Schedule: Part-Time | 3–4 Days Per Week

We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Payroll Specialist to join a local company in Wilsonville.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong accounting and payroll background who is looking for a consistent part-time schedule and the potential for a full-time opportunity in the future.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Process payroll
• Handle accounts payable and company bills
• Manage billing and accounts receivable
• Assist with month-end closing
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Use accounting and payroll software
• Communicate professionally through email and other computer systems

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong accounting and payroll experience is required
• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Understanding of month-end closing
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized and able to work independently
• Reliable and dependable

SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE:
The company uses AccountMate for accounting and payroll functions. Previous AccountMate experience is not required — the right candidate can be trained on the software. We are much more focused on finding someone with a solid foundation in accounting and payroll.

SCHEDULE:
Currently 3–4 days per week. The current schedule is Tuesday–Thursday, with flexibility to determine the best schedule for the right candidate.

This position is currently part-time but could become full-time in the future.

PAY: $26/hour
