Assistan Manager

Metal Source LLC, operating as Metal Supermarkets La Vergne, is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily store operations, sales, and warehouse coordination. This is a great opportunity to grow with a new franchise location in a hands-on leadership role.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations, staff coordination, and customer service
• Assist with inside sales and walk-in customer orders
• Help oversee inventory, warehouse organization, and order fulfillment
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and equipment protocols
• Step in to manage store operations in the Store Manager's absence

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail, sales, or warehouse management preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to lift and handle metal products as needed
• Reliable and detail-oriented
