Job Description
The General Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in supporting daily warehouse operations including material preparation and dispatch. This position requires proficiency in operating a forklift and performing various cutting and staging tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Cut carpet materials as required for dispatch
- Cut ceramic products carefully for shipment
- Stage materials efficiently for processing and delivery
- Operate forklift safely to move and organize warehouse inventory
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse operations preferred but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift operation skills
- Order picking experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Skills in cutting carpet and ceramic materials
- Ability to stage materials accurately
- Driver's License required
Salary is based on experience
