Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 + 10% Bonus + Full Benefits

We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a highly regarded, chef-driven upscale restaurant in San Diego. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hospitality leader who excels at delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving strong financial results.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and service excellence
• Hire, coach, and develop managers and team members
• Manage P&L, labor, food and beverage costs, and profitability
• Partner with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain outstanding guest satisfaction and team culture

Qualifications

• 5+ years of General Manager experience in upscale or fine dining
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• High-volume restaurant experience
• Proven success managing financial performance and guest satisfaction
