Behavior Technician (English/Spanish preferred for select case)

Behavioral Pathways, Inc. is a small, growing ABA company looking for compassionate, energetic Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one therapy to children with autism (ASD) and other developmental delays.

Pay

$21–$27 per hour, depending on education and experience.

Position

This position begins part-time with the opportunity to transition into full-time as additional client hours become available that fit your schedule.

Monday

• 9:30 AM–1:30 PM (Client 1)
• 9:30 AM–2:00 PM (Client 2)
• 12:00 PM–3:00 PM (Client 3)

Tuesday

• 12:00 PM–3:00 PM (Client 3)

Wednesday

• 9:30 AM–1:00 PM (Client 1)
• 12:00 PM–3:00 PM (Client 3)

Thursday

• 12:00 PM–3:00 PM (Client 3)

Friday

• 9:30 AM–1:00 PM (Client 1)
• 12:00 PM–3:00 PM (Client 3)

Saturday

• 10:00 AM–2:00 PM (Client 2)

Applicants do not need to be available for every shift, but greater availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required)
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation
• Experience working with children is a plus

Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, Tutor, Interventionist, Paraprofessional, Preschool Teacher, Daycare Teacher, or Special Education Aide is highly valued.

One client requires a Spanish-speaking Behavior Technician.

The most important qualification isn't years of experience, it's your ability to connect with children.

If you're patient, energetic, creative, and KNOW HOW TO PLAY WITH KIDS, you'll likely do very well in this role. We can teach ABA, but genuine enthusiasm for working with children is something you bring to the table.
