Location: Roseville, MN – Onsite

Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 40 hours/week

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Shipping Associate to support warehouse and distribution operations in Roseville, MN. The ideal candidate will have hands-on shipping experience and be comfortable preparing customer orders, packaging and labeling shipments, and processing orders through an ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Accurately store and organize products within the warehouse.
• Prepare customer orders for shipment according to established procedures.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Label and meter packages using various shipping and freight systems.
• Process and update orders using an ERP system.
• Maintain accurate shipping and warehouse records.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Complete daily preparations for the following day's shipping activities.
• Follow company Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Support other warehouse and shipping activities as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous shipping-related experience required.
• Experience with order processing, packing, labeling, and shipment preparation.
• Experience using ERP, WMS, or shipping systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a warehouse/distribution environment.
• Ability to work the 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM shift.

Preferred Background

Candidates with titles such as Shipping Associate, Shipping Clerk, Shipping Specialist, Shipping Coordinator, Shipping & Receiving Clerk, Shipping Technician, or Shipping Operator are encouraged to apply.

Dress Code

• Closed-toe shoes and long pants are required.
• Shorts, tank tops, and cutoff shirts are not permitted.
• Hats are not permitted.
• Hooded sweatshirts are allowed, but hoods must remain down.
• Clothing with offensive slogans, images, or wording is prohibited.
• Sunglasses may not be worn on the distribution center floor.
• Pants must be worn at the waist with undergarments not visible.
