Role: Project Administrator – Data Center Construction

Location: Rockdale, TX

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay: $20-30/hr

About: Seeking a Project Administrator to support a large-scale data center construction project in Rockdale, TX. This is a fully onsite position supporting project management, logistics, field operations, and contractor onboarding. This individual will serve as a key point of coordination for project teams by managing documentation, scheduling, onboarding, equipment logistics, financial tracking, and day-to-day project administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for new contractors, including documentation and orientation scheduling.
• Schedule project orientations and assist with training coordination.
• Maintain project trackers, certification records, and onboarding documentation.
• Track invoices and assist with production-based billing processes.
• Coordinate company vehicles, equipment assignments, and related documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, project coordination, HR, document control, or office support experience within a construction or related industry
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including:
• • Formatting spreadsheets
  • Creating tables, conditional formatting
  • Basic formulas and functions
