Property Manager

We are seeking an Experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily apartment community. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of apartment management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily property operations and onsite staff
• Manage leasing, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
• Monitor occupancy, collections, and resident relations
• Handle resident concerns and ensure excellent customer service
• Oversee maintenance, vendors, and property upkeep
• Assist with budgets, invoices, and property reports
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
• Lead, train, and motivate the onsite team

Requirements:

• 3+ years of multifamily/apartment management experience
• Previous Property Manager experience preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of leasing, collections, and resident relations
• Fair Housing knowledge
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Experience with property management software preferred
