Payroll & Accounts Payable Administrator

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Accounts Payable Administrator to manage payroll processing and accounts payable functions while providing general HR and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Review timekeeping and calculate hours, commissions, deductions, and tax withholdings.
• Manage paychecks and direct deposits.
• Respond to employee payroll and benefits questions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Assist with payroll compliance and reporting.
• Assist with employee onboarding and maintaining employee records.
• Provide administrative support to HR and accounting.

Accounts Payable

• Process invoices and perform daily accounts payable functions.
• Review invoices for accuracy and proper authorization.
• Prioritize payments based on terms and discounts.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain organized AP records.
• Assist with accounting projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree or college-level coursework in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of payroll, accounts payable, accounting, or HR experience.
• Payroll processing experience required; ADP preferred.
