Packaging Tech 3rd shift - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading foam manufacturing company, is seeking a 3rd Shift Packing Associate to join their team. As a Packing Associate, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Packaging and Shipping Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, dependability, and a positive work ethic which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: 3rd Shift Packing Associate
Location: Hickory, NC
Pay Range: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
What’s the Job?

• Inspect finished foam products to ensure quality standards are met
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment to customers
• Stack and organize materials according to production specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals

• Previous packing, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a 3rd shift schedule
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

• Starting pay of $18.00 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Consistent Monday-Friday 3rd shift schedule
