Job Summary:
Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist based in the Des Moines area. This position involves providing specialized cardiac catheterization laboratory services, including scrubbing and circulating, with a focus on structural heart and interventional radiology procedures. Candidates must be available for day shifts, work 40 hours per week, and be flexible to float across various campus units as needed.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: 24 months of current experience in Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, active ARRT certification, and RCIS certification required. Must have scrubbing and circulating experience, monitoring experience, and willingness to take call.
• Preferred Qualifications: Structural heart experience, interventional radiology experience, EP experience, travel experience within previous 18 months, and trauma level I/II experience. Peripheral vascular experience is also preferred.
• Certification: BLS (AHA) required; ARRT or RCIS certification document required
• Additional Information:
  • Must be willing to float across campuses within minutes of each other
  • Call schedule includes one night per week and every third weekend, from 7:30 p.m. Friday to 7:00 a.m. Monday
  • Call back is compensated at 1.5x with a minimum of 2 hours
  • Holiday work required unless the unit is closed during Memorial Day, Independence Day, or Labor Day
  • Orientation dates are on 09/08/2026 and 09/14/2026; earlier start preferred
  • All candidates must be at least 50 miles from the facility's location (based on drivers license)
