Key Responsibilities- Provide speech-language pathology services across assigned facility locations
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes
- Active Delaware business license required to work in the state
- Active account with the Delaware DHSS Background Check Center for mandatory background check and fingerprinting compliance
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Ability to wear a visible photo badge at all times while on site
- Prior experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Familiarity with Delaware state staffing and compliance requirements
