Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a CT Technologist in a healthcare setting. The role involves performing diagnostic computed tomography (CT) procedures with proficiency, ensuring patient safety, and delivering excellent customer service. The position requires working evening shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM on Thursday through Sunday, with a commitment of at least 40 hours per week.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Evening shifts, Thursday through Sunday, from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certifications include ARRT (CT) and Massachusetts state license in Computed Tomography. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of CT experience preferred but not required. Valid experience with GE CT scanners is preferred but not mandatory.
- Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in CT scanning, IV and oral/GI contrast administration, effective emergency response capabilities, EMR documentation skills using Epic and Visage, and effective communication and organizational skills.
- Additional Information: The technologist will perform diagnostic CT procedures following established policies, procedures, and protocols, with a focus on patient safety and customer service. Equipment used includes GE CT scanners, and experience with the EMR systems Epic and Visage is desirable. Shift schedules are rotating as required.
