Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Job Description
Join our team as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) working primarily in the inpatient rehabilitation unit. There may be opportunities to float to the medical-surgical unit on occasion, enhancing your professional experience and versatility.
Shift InformationThis position requires availability Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts. You will be scheduled to work every day, and you may have the option to take a weekday off if you work a Saturday.
Team EnvironmentAs a PTA, you will collaborate with a dedicated team that includes Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) within the unit.
Attire- Therapists are required to wear red scrubs.
- Alternately, you have the option to wear khaki pants with a red polo shirt.
There is no holiday coverage required for this position.
Experience RequirementsA minimum of 1 year of experience is required for this role.
