About who needs care: Has ALS, wheelchair bound, home is full diability adapted with ceiling lift on bedroom. Enjoys watching all sports Gets up around 7:30 a.m. with assistance to go from bed to showerchair. Currently does selfcares to toilet & shower. Afterwards, transfers to wheelchair where he spends the day/evening. Needs assistance to transfer to shower chair when needs bathroom. About the care needs: Someone social who also likes sportsNeed to know how to use hoyer & ceiling lifts Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
