Childcare Needed

We have two sons, 1 and 2 years old, and looking for a combination of assisting one parent with support when the other travels, as well as full babysitting on date nights. The schedule changes month to month based on work travel. Date nights average bi-weekly. Times identified are what the ranges would be on those days of the week. We value education with the boys as well as playing and engaging versus excess screen time.
