Animal Care Needed

My dog Ruger just had surgery to remove a tumor on his chest on August 30 and then I just had the sutures repaired two days ago because they opened up and yesterday they opened up again and Im struggling to find the time or possibly someone that could take him for two weeks keep him as still as possible to give that 4 to 5 inch incision the true time to heal. Ive had him in a cone and a bodysuit, but what seems to be tearing the incision is anytime he gets in and out of a vehicle or walks up and downstairs, and I live in a three-story house. I was hoping either you or someone you might know might be able to help me basically lock him up for two weeks and
