Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour Penmac Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Welder for a metal recycling facility in Webb City, MO. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, welding, fabrication, and working in an industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have welding experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely around heavy equipment and materials.Requirements for the Welder

• Previous welding experience required
• Ability to read and use measuring tools
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Must be willing to submit to pre-employment screening requirements, which may include a criminal background check and/or drug screening

Welder Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication work on metal containers, equipment, and structures
• Repair and maintain metal recycling equipment as needed
• Cut, fit, and assemble metal components according to specifications
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Use grinders, cutting torches, and other fabrication tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Pay and Benefits
