Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Direct Hire | Wadena, MNPenmac Staffing is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time direct hire opportunity in Wadena, MN. • Current Minnesota RN or LPN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Knowledge of nursing practices and state healthcare regulations
• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check

RN / LPN Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care while promoting resident comfort, dignity, and safety
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures within scope of practice
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the appropriate care team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and medical records
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and daily resident care needs
• Support individualized care plans and resident wellbeing
• Follow infection control and workplace safety standards
• Collaborate with CNAs and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care
• RNs may assist with supervision of CNAs and nursing support staff

Pay & Schedule for RN / LPN

Registered Nurse (RN)

• $38.00 - $41.00 per hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

Schedule

• Full-time
• 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM shift
• Every other weekend required
