Scale Operator / Customer Service Representative

Penmac Staffing is hiring a Scale Operator for a metal recycling facility in Webb City, MO. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, handling detailed paperwork, and using computer systems in a fast-paced environment. This is a day shift position with a starting pay rate of $20.00 per hour. As a Scale Operator, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers entering the facility. You will assist customers through the recycling process, accurately weigh incoming and outgoing materials, and ensure all transactions are completed correctly. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and basic computer knowledge are essential for success in this role.
