Your New Role

• Install commercial HVAC systems on new construction, retrofit, tenant improvement, and renovation projects

• Install rooftop units up to 25 tons, split systems, ductwork, fittings, and related HVAC equipment

• Complete installations for apartment complexes, light commercial buildings, and residential projects as needed

• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and installation specifications

• Work closely with project managers, shop fabrication, and fellow installers to keep projects on schedule

• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards

• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site while representing the company with customers and contractors

• Support both commercial and residential installation work as business needs require

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience

• Strong commercial HVAC installation experience

• Experience installing rooftop units, split systems, ductwork, and related HVAC equipment

• Willingness and ability to perform commercial HVAC installation work

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and installation plans

• EPA certification required

• Professional communication skills when interacting with customers and job site personnel

• Valid driver's license

• Dependable attendance and commitment to quality craftsmanship

• Ability to safely perform the physical duties associated with HVAC installation, including lifting and handling equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation
