We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Golden Care Therapy NY. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA Therapy to children with Autism, helping them reach their full potential and build a brighter future.

About the Role

As a BCBA at Golden Care Therapy NY, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism

  • Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify behavioral goals and develop strategies to achieve them

  • Providing training and support to parents and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans

  • Collaborating with our team of therapists and supervisors to ensure seamless delivery of ABA Therapy services

  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track progress and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of new treatment approaches and strategies

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • PartTime schedule (hours of operation will be discussed during the interview process)

  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and support

  • Remote and in-person opportunities available. Must live in New York
