Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM–2:30 PM

Job Overview:
We are hiring Operator I candidates to support the production of high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations on medical device assemblies.
- Work with products including pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related components.
- Follow standardized procedures, written work instructions, and verbal instructions.
- Maintain accurate production, traveler, and quality documentation.
- Ensure parts are properly documented and traceable throughout the manufacturing process.
- Communicate production issues, ideas, and solutions to manufacturing management.
- Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate safety equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
- Support Lean Manufacturing activities and production goals.
- Use electronic data collection systems and computer software as required.
- Prioritize work based on job requirements, timing, and importance.
- Handle and maneuver small components and parts.
- Support Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Manufacturing, production, assembly, or related experience is preferred.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures.
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and standardized processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic data collection systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively with management, coworkers, and visitors.
Work Environment & Dress Requirements
This position is performed in a controlled manufacturing environment with strict gowning and dress requirements. Employees must wear clean, non-shedding clothing without loose threads, fraying, glitter, sequins, tassels, or similar materials. Closed-toe, closed-heel shoes are required, with heels no higher than 2 inches. Socks or stockings are required. Additional restrictions apply to jewelry, makeup, nail polish, artificial nails, scented products, loose clothing, hats, scarves, and other personal items. All clothing must be appropriate for the controlled production environment.
