Job Type

Job Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and skilled trade positions.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews.
• Verify work history, references, and employment eligibility.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding with clients.
• Maintain accurate applicant records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting goals.
• Assist with employee relations and follow up with associates after placement.
• Attend hiring events and job fairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting or staffing experience preferred.
• Industrial or light industrial staffing experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Reliable transportation.
