2nd shift Assembly

The 2nd Shift Assembly position is responsible for assembling components, conducting quality inspections, and operating manual hand tools during an established 8-hour shift. This role supports smooth production by rotating through various assembly stations and reporting directly to the Shift Supervisor. It is ideal for individuals with entry-level manufacturing experience seeking to contribute to routine assembly projects in a structured team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components accurately according to specifications
• Conduct quality inspections to maintain product standards
• Operate manual hand tools to complete assembly tasks
• Rotate tasks between different assembly stations as needed
• Complete and submit shift reports to the Shift Supervisor

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in manufacturing assembly
