Contract Duration: Contract until 08/31/2027
Work Hours: 8AM - 5PM
Description:
This position is non- exempt. The Senior Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the successful execution of projects by driving follow-through on project activities, facilitating project meetings, and providing administrative and operational support for compliance-related initiatives. This role serves as a central coordination point among project teams, stakeholders, and business partners to ensure project activities remain on schedule, risks and action items are tracked, and compliance requirements are effectively supported. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Activity Coordination & Follow-Up
- Track and monitor project activities, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple projects.
- Follow up with project team members and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned action items.
- Maintain project plans and status trackers
- Escalate project delays, risks, and dependencies to project managers and leadership as appropriate.
- Support the preparation and distribution of project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project priorities and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of project coordination, project management support, or program support experience.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong meeting facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience tracking project schedules, action items, risks, and dependencies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
