Assembler - Contract to Hire

An electronic component manufacturing is seeking an Assembler in Rochester, NY to join their team. This company is known for its commitment to innovation and quality in the electronic manufacturing industry.

MUST have experience with Assembly within a manufacturing company, preferably 1+ years 

Shift of the Entry-Level Assembler:
1st Shift (M-F / 7 - 3:30 PM)

Pay Rate of the Entry-Level Assembler:
$19.50/hr

Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Assembler:

• Perform a variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.
• Determine and follow methods and sequence of operations for wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
• Make set-ups and adjustments while holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
• Test equipment and products as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications of the Entry-Level Assembler:

• 1+ years of related experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good manual dexterity and coordination.
• Strong communication skills to convey information effectively.
• Dedication to safety in handling mechanical and electrical hardware.
