Restoration Laborer – One-Day Assignment

Position Overview

Key Staffing is hiring Restoration Laborers for a one-day assignment with a restoration company in Redding, CA. This is a physically demanding position involving heavy lifting, loading and unloading, and repetitive manual labor.

This specific project is scheduled for one day; however, dependable workers may have the opportunity to be considered for additional restoration projects as they become available.

Job Duties

• Load and unload materials, equipment, and debris
• Perform repetitive lifting, carrying, moving, and handling of materials
• Assist restoration crews with general labor duties
• Move materials and equipment throughout the job site
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all job-site and company safety procedures
• Assist with additional physical labor duties as assigned by the restoration team

Requirements

• Must be comfortable performing heavy and repetitive lifting throughout the shift
• Must be able to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
• Steel-toed shoes or steel-toed work boots are required
• Must be dependable and able to report to the job site on time for the 6:00 AM start
• Must be able to follow directions and work effectively as part of a crew
• Previous restoration, construction, demolition, warehouse, moving, or general labor experience is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation to the Redding, CA job site

Pay: $18.00/hour
Start Time: 6:00 AM
Lunch: 30-minute lunch
Duration: One-day temporary assignment
