Customer Support in Treasury Management/Banking

Financial Additions is recruiting for Treasury/Banking Customer Support Representatives for a 5+month REMOTE project based in Dallas. Must have call-center experience in the banking, finance or related industry, and solid customer service skills. Hours are 7:30am-4:30pm or 10:30am-7:30pm central time. Applicants must live in the U.S.A.

Responsibilites include:

• Answer account inquiries from clients and assist with technical issues (reset passwords, clear cache, etc.) via incoming calls and/or email
• Assist clients with set up of ACH, wires and positive pay
• Research and resolve account discrepancies/issues
• Fulfill service requests
• Escalate issues and follow-up as needed

Qualifications include:

• 2+ years in call center environment supporting banking, finance or related industry
• Knowledge of treasury products. including online banking, bill pay, etc.
• Must provide high-quality experience to all callers while adhering to established service standards, operational procedures, and performance goals
• Tech savvy - can easily learn new programs and guide clients on how to use website and online banking platform.
• Great telephone communication skills
• Disciplined/self-starter with some experience working a remote or hybrid schedule
• Spanish bilinugal a plus
• Some college or degree a plus
