Mechanical Assembler

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to perform a variety of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations on units and sub-assemblies. You'll follow manufacturing process instructions (MPIs) to complete wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing, while holding tight tolerances to blueprint specifications.

What You'll Do

• Perform electronic/electro-mechanical assembly on units and sub-assemblies
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing process instructions (MPIs)
• Complete wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing
• Make setups and adjustments to meet blueprint tolerances
• Apply judgment to recognize when a deviation from standard procedure is needed
• Operate manufacturing equipment properly and safely

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in a high-volume assembly manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical assembly skills
• Ability to read, write, and understand English (required for MPIs and instructions)
• Ability to work from verbal instructions, written instructions, drawings, or diagrams
• Availability for overtime and weekend work as needed, beyond a standard 40-hour week

Details

• Schedule: Day shift, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, plus required OT/weekends
• Starting Pay: $22.50/hour
• Work Model: On-site
• Eligibility: E-Verify participant
